In an effort to centralize and effectively communicate event information about the National Player Combine, we have launched a brand new website!  This is where we will post all event information and updates moving forward.  The National Player Combine links on MAX Field Hockey will connect you to the new site: www.nationalplayercombine.com

The new website is also where players will login after the event and view their comprehensive player evaluation and highlight video.

On the homepage of the new website there is a section called “Resources for Registered Athletes.”  This is where we will be posting important information and updates as they become available.  We have been working incredibly hard to piece together the curriculum, schedule and program for each weekend and couldn’t be more excited about how it is all coming together.  Please check back to the new website moving forward and over the next couple of days we will be sharing more details about the schedule/curriculum, so you can properly plan your weekend.

The Physiological Assessment Overview has been posted!  Athletes can now check out the exact physiological assessments they will be performing at the NPC and begin preparing.  We are very excited to have Team USA Strength & Conditioning Coach Kyle McMinn heading the Physiology portion of the event.  He has designed an assessment program that mirrors what Team USA is doing.  In addition, athletes will receive a complete Nutritional/Hydration plan to follow throughout the weekend to best optimize their performance, and they will be learning how to do a proper warm-up and cool-down.  We are also excited to partner with Gatorade to provide complimentary products to help athletes refuel and replenish between sessions.

UPDATE: The Friday Optional Practice Sessions have been switched/consolidated from 2-5pm to 4-6pm for each weekend.  Come and do a run-through of the physiology testing and skills testing stations and get familiar with the Villanova University water-based turf surface.  Information available at the new site.
