Why did you choose this school?: I fell in love with Duke at a very young age. Throughout the recruitment process my mind and heart kept coming back to Duke. The support for the student athletes really stood out to me as well as the academic rigor of the school as a whole. The field hockey program inspired me because of the dedication not only the players had to the cause but the coaches as well.
Other Colleges Considered: Wake Forest, Harvard, Virginia
Who would you like to thank?: I’d like to thank my family, especially my parents for driving me all over the place for field hockey and always being my biggest supporters. My coaches for taking the time to work with me and allowing me to become a better player. Most of all I’d like to say thank you to the Duke coaching staff for seeing something in me and giving me the amazing opportunity to play at Duke.
