2018 Notables: Won their 10th State Championship, 2 losses were to #1 ranked team in the nation, Eastern Regional
2019 Outlook: The Royals will once again have one of the most talented rosters in the country.  While they graduate two All-Non Public First Teamers in Caroline Ramsey (Cornell commit) and Kendall Hanlon (Boston College commit), they have an impressive Class of 2020 that includes three First Team All-Region players in Bridget Murphy (Second Team All-American, Princeton commit), Avery Donahue (Third Team All-American, Harvard commit), and Anabelle Brodeur (Columbia commit).  Add players like Keely Comizio (2021, Second Team All-Region), Emily Antunes (2020, Non-Public Second Team, Providence commit), 2021 Clare Brennan (Princeton commit), Colleen Quinn (Second Team Non-Public) to the mix and you can see the Royals once again being a Top 10 team in 2019.

 


Over the next couple of months MAX Field Hockey will be releasing special features on teams that will be competing in the MAX Field Hockey High School National Invitational at The Proving Grounds, September 20-22, 2019.  We are still accepting registrations for teams automatically qualified and applications for additional teams interested in participating!
