Why did you choose this school?: I chose Converse College because of the small atmosphere, and the southern hospitality. I’ve grown up in the south for all of my life, and I knew I wanted to stay close to home. The small atmosphere was a huge factor in narrowing down my decision. I knew I wanted to go to school where I could not only establish a strong relationship with my coaches, but my professors and other peers outside of field hockey. I never thought I would attend an all girls school for the next four years after high school, but after seeing how great the atmosphere was, how supportive the students and faculty where toward one another, I knew Converse was the right fit for me.
